Yes, sad to see her passing. She, Lena Horne (Cleveland) and Billie Holiday are reported to be a trio in Heaven. Can't wait. Maybe it is not too late to start being nice.

Aretha Franklin brought a lot of class to everything she did. I loved her performance in the 1980 movie The Blues Brothers.
Her part in the entire movie was about 5 min and was one of the most memorable parts of the movie. Hard to figure that movie was released in 1980 38 years ago.
