RGB matrix connection to IS31FL3731 LED drive

Can anyone help me connect RGB LED to IS31FL3731 Led drive from ISSI?

I can not wrap my head around how to make the connection.

So, according to IS31FL3731_AN.pdf Figure 8. It should be connected:

RGB LED: 150066M15300 (which is in common anode configuration)

White LED: SMLD12WBN1W1

I need to connect 6RGB and 6 white LEDs. Anyone can help with this?
