RGB LED panels

Hello.

1)There are n-number of RGB LED panels 320x160mm with a resolution of 128x64 and an HD D-30 controller.
Based on the fact that the controller supports a resolution of 64x1024 or 128x512, I can make a 1x8 rectangle or 2x4 from panels (maximum).
But if conditionally I want to make a 3x4 rectangle in this way: 2x4 (with its own controller) + add a 1x4 row on top (with its controller).

Hence the question, is it possible how to synchronize the controllers so that the image is displayed on a 3x4 rectangle, and not separately on each rectangle?
Or do you just need a new controller that supports high resolution (conventionally some A30)?

2)Can I turn over LED panels in space?
That is, if I can make a rectangle out of 3x4 panels, when flipped, I will get a 1x8 rectangle? Or is the 64 pixel height as it is, even when flipped (that is, there will be a maximum of 2 panels in width)?
