My name is lokeah and I my presenty persuing my btech fibal year (ece) so as to my project I opted this. (RFID based library management system). But I have lot of questions regarding this. Like
1. How to build up a reader(rfid reader)
2.how to interface it to the comp?
3. Then how to manage it in the comp?
4. Basically what are the softwares we have to use?
5. Then how to manage that database?

So friends please give me some suggestions it will be very much helpfull

1. How to build up a reader(rfid reader)

There are plenty of modules out there that already work - get one of those.

2.how to interface it to the comp?

Depends on the design. Many hobbyist modules use a UART interface.

3. Then how to manage it in the comp?

That's part of your system design process, you know, the thing you are graded on...

4. Basically what are the softwares we have to use?

Again, design process...

5. Then how to manage that database?

With methods and procedures that compliment your system design.
