Now i am going to work with rfid.How to choose the ACTIVE rfid TAG IC and where do i buy it?
Any body know the rfid active tag IC(Chip) manufacturer or distributors please give that details.

Because i was search some products they are also present in only passive IC.

As i use any 2.4 Ghz rf transceiver act as a tag around 20 meter communication., how do i choose the rfid reader ?
