I recently reported a thread hijack in the "LM393 comparator issue" thread and received a totally irrelevant automated reply suggesting I was the one trying to post a question in this ancient thread! I certainly made no attempt to post anything; merely report a necro-post by a thread hijacker. Perhaps you could look into automating a 'Thank you for reporting ....' relevant reply instead.

That was my assumption (post #1). Looks like its triggered by clicking the Report button, but I reckon it should only be triggered by clicking the Reply button instead.
