Hi John, I have the same PCB with that model number. Following an accident the 4 (black blue yellow red) wires were ripped out of the 5 point plug. The wire got caught & the whole plug was ripped out of the unit. The pins are numbered 1 to 5, I just want to know which wire go to which numbered pin. Thanks
