Anyone here that can repair a tivo ? I think the power supply

 

Not sure because I have no idea what a tivo (or Tivo) is.

Tivo are TV streaming and video recording devices.
There are many different models available.

 

Ok maybe there is someone here who can repair a power board ?

Power board out of a tivo dvr unit..

 

What makes you think it's the power supply? A guess is fine but if you have test results, please share. The catch-all approach to fixing a power board is to replace all the electrolytic capacitors. They (usually just one or two of them) are the most common failure mode.

A brief search showed that hard drive failure is a common source of trouble with TiVo units. Have you done any testing to confirm it's not the hard drive?

There are websites dedicated to TiVo repair. I'm not telling you to go away, just noting that your situation is not unique and that the experts for fixing it may hang out elsewhere.

Weaknees wont work on it
fixmytivo indicated maybe a power board.
tivo community..I have asked
I was hoping some one here had the skills for this of which I would pay..Not looking for anything free
I cant even get the case off to look at the caps
I have been looking for a replacement pace xg1-p none to be found
