Yup, my Electrolux FFWC08L-1QB stopped working after all these years. Front panel not illuminated. All fans & front panels worked when I unplugged the thermoelectric cooler plug. Replaced the infamous C8 with a 47uF 50V cap and all good now. Wine cooler completely functional. No obvious signs of the original cap's failure..no leakage or top expansion. Did get to clean all the accumulated dust out of all the cooling fins.
