I just picked up this cheap little Bluetooth receiver, and want to have it dependent on a power source instead of the on-board battery. My hope is that I can modify it to where when I turn on my stereo, the BT receiver turns on. Also turns off when the receiver is turned off. I'm not an electrical engineer by any standards, so I don't know how to go about it. My first thought was cutting the wires and shorting out the battery circuit, but I thought I should ask people who might have more of a clue about this kind of thing. I have attached an image of the PCB.
