I have a basic circuit that records and plays back audio from a computer. I seem to be picking up a lot of background noise though, and the audio quality is... I can only say horrendous. Even with no input connected there's a lot of noise. Any fixes?

Have you tested the computer output with 'say' and earphone, so it is eliminated from the probelm?

I can't really help there, the circuit is mostly premade, all I'm trying to do is clean up the input that I stuck to it.
