I am trying to use a standard outlet timer to flip on a relay when the timer turns off. the hard part is having the second relau only turn on for 1 minute. i have looked into 555 circuits and don't like the momentary push button operation/resetting it. the best i can find online is something like:

i think replacing the circuit with a 4700uF cap and 3.9K resistor will achieve roughly 60 seconds.
