  1. assume diode pops conducting at above equal |~AC.in.p2p| - V.capacitor ≥ 2 · 0.7V
  2. use the "ideal" diode equation Shockley diode equation - Wikipedia
derive differential equation . . . from where you fetch your output parameters

since your only asked the in-operation parameters you may be able to simplify the equation for the half period of the sine
