Reduce a complex resistors circuit

The following net represents a circuit of 6 nodes (0÷5) connected together by several resistors all equal to 1 kΩ.
I'm not being able to reduce this circuit to find the equivalent resistance between nodes 0 and 1. Wye and delta transformations don't seem to help.

I'm not interested in the final result of this very circuit, but rather in understanding if there's a general method of reduction which always and infallibly leads to a solution.

Crossed segments are not joint together.
