It's been in storage since about '97. I need a part number and data sheet. Anyone recognize it?

 

I got nothing, sorry. Those 3209701 chips may be pixel drivers, each doing 64x64, but why five? Did the part number turn anything up?

So, if this is the correct datasheet, it looks like it requires an external inverter for the LCD voltage. Do you guys read it the same way?

I haven't been able to find anything. @bertus seemed to.

If this really requires an external -13V, I am not going to use it. I'll give it way to anyone who wants it (no guarantee that it's functional).

 

That is how I read it. It takes some pretty serious current too.

 

It vaguely looks like a 128x64 LCD I have somewhere in my drawers. I do not recall anything about the (unused) pins on the side.

Sort of looks like the displays found in a Blendtech blender. Sorry, that's all I got. Having something in the picture frame to give us reference on how big the display is might help.

The connector pads are on 1/10" centers. Scale accordingly.

Overall dims are 5.75" x 4.125". Exposed glass size 4.5" x 2.5".

 

Same size (about) as a Blendtech blender. But if memory serves, the display was pin mounted to the control board. Your module is not. So probably not from an old blender.

 

The brand and part number are as labeled. The backlight supply for it is usually TDK CXA-M10L-L or TDK CXA-L10L
