Hello, I am looking for a relatively cheaper Raspberry pi with ethernet module integrated. If there exist a development board that would be great to start work.

Because the Orange Pi is not an open source clone that has grown beyond copying to its own (mostly compatible) ecosystem.

It is a high value substitute for the RPi, with many versions included highly enhanced ones.

Because it's not an official RPi. It's a clone that's pretty (arm64 Linux is standard debian) good with 4GB of memory. What is your intended purpose for using a RPi like device?
