I have a cooler with MP-012 board. This is second hand cooler and it work well for sometime then it stop working. It just like no power at all, nothing turn on including the light.

Then I unplugged it and put it aside for around a week, then I decided to my luck and plug it into the exactly power socket and it turned on! After running around for 2 days, it was not working again just like before. Again I did the same and wait for more than a week again and tried to turn on yesterday night. It turned on until now, fingercross!

Anyone know why this can happen?

My place is not high humidity, so it look like not possible that it got wet and stop working and back when it got dry. It also not overheated, if yes, I should able to turn it on the next day but not need to wait for a week.

Any idea is welcome! Thank you!

Hi,
Welcome to nightmares.
The problem could be a dry joint (Soldered) on the circuit board (PCB), or a defective capacitor.
Can you take some close-up photos of the components and the underside of the PCB.
On a brighter note, drink the wine before it spoils.
Have you searched the forum? Looks like it has been discussed many times.
Good luck..........
