in equal diode rectifier circuits and semiconductor diode has a high output voltage than a vacuum-tube diode and gas-tube diodes correct?

Generally, a semiconductor diode has much lower voltage drop and lower internal resistance than a vacuum-tube diode so the output voltage in a similar circuit will be higher.
