Hi,

I have a question about this transformer. How the number of primary turn and the secondary turn cannot be an integer ? Also, Isat is the current at which the transformer begins to saturate ?

Thank you and have a nice day :D

The table doesn't show the actual number of turns, just the ratio of the number of turns.
Thus the ratios 9.33 : 1 : 1.17 could mean that the number of turns is 933 : 100 : 117.
Yes, Isat is the current where core saturation can be expected.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply ! I have an other question why Vi is given between an interval (141-318) and Vo or Vaux is given as a fixed value ? I mean if Vi is changing, Vo or Vaux should change too.

Thank you,

Dividing an integer(number of turns) by another integer(number of turns) does not guarantee an integer result.

However......a turn........is an integer.

It depends on the design of the transformer. There is such a thing as a constant voltage transformer that puts out a fixed amplitude AC voltage even though the input varies.
