Hello

i was wondering if it is possibly with basic electronic components to create a circuit that would put out a signal at around 34 ghz?

if so (and if anyone has any extra time) could someone make a schematic up?

Most typical off-the-shelf transistors are limited to under 300MHz.

A few more might get somewhat close to 1GHz.

Even attempting to tune relatively simple LC filters in the 2GHz to 9GHz range is daunting. The higher the frequency, the more that parasitics come into play.

There isn't a way for a lay person to successfully create a circuit at that high of a frequency.
