I have a schematic I am following that I must build and do not know what a portion of the circuit is for. (Not homework I promise) I cannot post the schematic due to copyright but I will rough draft in ASCII. The top two appears to be like an RC Circuit but the two circuits on the bottom confuse me with the two resistors in series and the two capacitors in series with the both series center tapped to PS GND. The sensor output and ground are connected to a dual deck break before make switch.

VN=Voltmeter Negative /=Crossover(No JCT) C=Capacitor ^=Upwards JCT
VP=Voltmeter Positive T=Junction R=Resistor |- or -| or -|- = Sideways JCT
