Hi guys.
I just finished my first logic design exam and my professor asked 4 True or False questions that I have no idea where to get the answers from.
Can someone please tell me the answers and maybe explain how the answers were obtained.
A). The area of the 4-bit Carry Lookahead is larger than the 4-bit Ripple Carry Adder.
B). The area of the 4-bit BCD Adder is larger than the 4-bit Full Adder.
C). If we want to get 32 bit addition results fast, we will choose the Carry Lookahead adder rather than a Half Adder.
D). In the same power supply voltage, the power consumption of the 4-bits Carry Lookahead Adder is larger than the 4-bits Full Adder.
Thanks!
