Question about an adapter

I have a Resmed Airmini CPAP machine. The specs say 24v/0.83A minimum. To reduce items to carry when traveling I want to use a 65W GAN adapter (Rolling Square Supertiny - 65W USB-C GaN Wall Charger) and a USB-C to Airmini cable for power instead of the power supply/brick included with the Airmini.

I purchased this cable (Jeasun USB-C Power Cable for RSM AirMini – 30W PD Fast-Charge Cord which does not have a converter box to convert 20V to 24v as do other cables such as: FLGAN 20V PD USB-C Power Supply for ResMed AirSense 11 Air 11 Airmini 65W 20W Could the converter be miniaturized and located in a cable end?

The Resmed Airmini ran for a couple minutes while I was setting it up. I turned it off when I was done. My question is could this cable actually convert the 20v PD to 24 volts? The specs listed on Amazon state: "
  • LASER-FOCUSED ON AIRMINI – Pumps out dead-steady 24V exactly what your machine demands. No surges, no hiccups – just plug-and-snooze reliability.
  • 30W PD MUSCLE – Needs a 20V/30W+ USB-C PD source; fires up fast in your RV, truck, or off-grid solar rig. Standard phone chargers won’t cut it.

Is it possible that the cable could produce 24v? Or could the Airmini actually be running on 20v but perhaps at a higher amperage? Amperage needed will change depending on the air output pressure/volume of the Airmini. I tried to get a voltage reading on the cable but was unsuccessful. I guess it may have been due to the 65W GAN power brick requiring sensing voltage needed.

I like this cable as it is more compact than the ones with the converter box in the middle BUT I do not want to potentially damage my $$$ cap machine.

Any advice/insight welcomed.

Is the PD 3.1 a function of the cable or the wall charger? Since the cpap machine works does that mean everything is OK and this cable is safe to use?
The About this item on Amazon says: Plug into any 30W+ PD power bank No mention of PD specification.

Here is what I found about the 65W GAN charger.

The cable seller just sent this to me:
"this cable does support PD 3.1 140W protocol and can successfully negotiate 24V (28V is also possible) when connected to a charger that supports PD 30W or above (most modern 65W/100W/140W GaN chargers support this)."

Does that sound feasible?
