Hi, I have to control with a PWM signal a PC 3-wires fan. I'm working with adcquisition card DSpace Ds1102.
The fan needs 12v and 200ma for work, but this card supplies 5V and 100mA for the PWM.

Which amplifier I need to use? and how I can build it on my mother board?
Somebody can help me?

The 2N2222A should work. Drive the transistor from your dSpace board through a current limiting resistor. Put your fan on the collector of the transistor.
