I'm very new to this forum and first time experience to asking a question in a forum and friends I need a help from your end about constructing an pure sin wave inverter but I don't have better knowledge or experience in building power electronics circuits so used internet as source to get all about inverter .. But I have some skills in mcu programming so I used pic for pwm generation and used full h bridge circuit driven by ic ir2110 , this is not the actual problem but I confused with transformer section for step up voltage to 220v that why this circuit need a step up transformer instead a low pass filter .. Please friends i need help or correct me if I'm wrong ..

You'll need to show us the circuit before we can comment on it. There are different circit configurations that accomplish this function, so we need to see exactly which one you're referring to.
