I want to simulate INA128 with 1V input and it has 15V supply voltage and gain resistance RG is 5k ohm.I couldn't run it , there are some errors.Can anyone help me , please?

Here spice simulation errors :
ERROR -- Less than 2 connections at node 9
ERROR -- Less than 2 connections at node 10
ERROR -- Less than 2 connections at node 1
ERROR -- Less than 2 connections at node 2
ERROR -- Less than 2 connections at node 3
ERROR -- Less than 2 connections at node 4
ERROR -- Node 9 is floating
ERROR -- Node 10 is floating
ERROR -- Node 1 is floating
ERROR -- Node 2 is floating
ERROR -- Node 3 is floating
ERROR -- Node 4 is floating
