Are you supplying power?
It looks like you might be zoomed so far out that the you can't display the signals. The PS/2 data rate is about 10 kbps, so each bit lasts about 0.1 ms. It looks like you scope is set for 40 ms/div (if I'm reading the display correctly), so one bit constitutes 1/400th of one division on your display.
