our prototype must be sequential circuit has a memory

That's a very vague description of your project. From the memory requirement, does it need storage in a register of flip-flops, or do you need something built around a microprocessor? Does it need to be able to display a result?

 

Generally speaking there is no suitable response to such a vague request. You need to show some effort and some industry before help will be forthcoming.

 

How about making some LEDs blink in a pre-programmed sequence?

ok i'm sorry a ciruit that has a flipflops not buit in microprocessor, before i suggested to my project our prototype is scoreboard but she rejected it.......please help me

 

How about an analog style digital clock? This is a project that would involve you making a clock that appears to be of the analog type, but using LEDs for the seconds, minutes, and hours.
