can anyone suggest me about any project on analog for our fourth year.....we are thinking about doing a project on oscilloscope......

Why not a combination of analog and digital?

Build an LCD-based multichannel storage o'scope that can double as a logic analyzer.

Make the display scrollable in the X-axis.

If you do a good enough job on it, you'll wind up with a very useful tool that will serve you well for years.

 

A portable LCD oscilloscope is a great idea for a project. Plenty to think about on that one.
