Hi

I am looking for help with my Proform Quick start 7.0 treadmill. The belt has stopped moving whilst everything else works fine including the incline. Have tried recalibrating but still no movement. The belt can be moved by hand. It has stopped working between uses. It didn't stop whilst in use.
We have taken the hood off and the single led lights for a second when first put on but is off from then on. We assume that this indicates the problem but haven't been able to find a solution or anything similar with this model online so am asking for any help anyone here might have. Does this sound like the board need replacing?
We have checked for damaged wires and also checked the voltage to the motor and all seems fine.

What type of main board do you have? Is it one of the MC2100 series?

 

Sorry I should have included that. Yes it's an MC2100E.

 

It is most likely on the main board, the best way is to remove and bench test it, you need a 20Hz input signal, however.
