Face to face is a much better option.
Do you carry a voice recorder in class in order to replay later, what the teacher has explained.?

Your new thread, the asc file does not include your FET models.

That's actually a good idea. I can record what my teacher explains with my phone to repeat later at home!

About the new thread, we don't need the *FET's models. Teacher gave us Vpinch off, Idss, Vthreshold, and K parameter. I have annotated that next to each *FET at the .asc file and png.

The best part about recording is your paying attention to the instructor vice looking down ensuring your notes are correct. Fifteen years ago, my wife recorded all her classes (cassette tape) which I converted to digital. She could fast forward to when that portion of the instruction for her to review.
