Problem with battery charger circuit Wh-2s5a

Hi guys, I'm using for my project 2 18650 batteries in series, and I had to bought a charger circuit wh-2s5a to charge them, the problem is I can not find any datasheet or any how to use it guide for that circuit, I couldn't even find the inputs and the outputs of the circuit, I will be very happy if anyone has used it before can help me, thanks.
