I try DYI not very good at that yet. Found a problem in my oven, could you help in guiding me how to fix it? It's a high power pizza oven and honestly don't know what this component is.

It looks like a standard closed end crimp connector that got hot because the crimp was poorly made.



You might want to replace it with a high temperature version.

or a quality wire nut of the proper size. If you don't have a proper, good quality crimp tool, you are at risk of a poor connection again.

 

Replace it with Ceramic Terminal Block...
