When i plug the the pulse signal that i generate with 555 input of the low-pass filter i designed,pulses getting breakdown and also sinisoidal becomes breakdown.
I look the other Thread's but i couldnot find anything.

The PFET is backwards. The source should go to the 200 ohm resistor.
If that doesn't fix it.
What is the frequency and the time base on the scope?
