Pro-Form Premier 900 solid red LED on control board, no console screen

I have a PRO-FORM Premier 900 treadmill - the MC2100LS-30 controller board shows a solid red signal, which means it has power, but is not receiving a speed signal. The main console and LCD screen (which is an android device) are completely non-functional.

Any troubleshooting help is much appreciated.
