at last i found a working pc power supply
and i made it but there is one problem i get a little shock from the metal body
what would be the problem

Is the ground (earth) connected at the mains side?
If not there can be some tickling due to the missing ground.

Wrong grounding? Did you change anything on the PSU?
If you did then all I can say to you is: keep at it, hopefully you will get a Darwin award.
