Hello. I have a few components running on 415VAC 3 phase. But my incoming power is only 230VAC 1 phase. Is there anything that i can do to correctly and safely power up all my components?

More details please!!!!
But if it is a 3 phase motor, you can buy variable frequency drives that run on 240V single phase and generate the 415V 3 phase.
A lot depends on the device in question and the power required.

I suggest for such a large power requirement (37KW) that you get your electricity supply company to install a three phase supply.

Yes, indeed!
A single phase supply will not be enough. It is a pretty big load for any supply. It would need to be an industrial one, not a domestic version.
Sounds like big $$$ to me.
