Is this for a one time installation, or a bench power supply?

If it is for bench use, I'd suggest a much larger transformer and switching regulators for the +5 and +12V lines, around 5A each (100VA Transformer).

If it will ONLY be used for the TV tuner and logic/audio boards, your design/transformer will suffice with the changes mentioned above.

 

I think David is having problems with his TV And want to fix it.
One good advice then it comes to electronics circuits Davis. For goods shake do not assume anything be sure. If you assume the change of being wrong is 99.999%

 

the TV tuner will be used for part of a homebrew UHF radio receiver 45 to 680Mhz so it is a 1 off PS
