What is the working principles of Hydro, Gas and Steam power plant generation

Hydroelectric power plant converts water power (gravitational power, potential and kinetic energy) into electrical power using mechanical turbine generator.

Coal, oil, and gas power plants convert chemical energy into heat to boil water into steam. Steam is use to drive mechanical turbine generator.

Nuclear power plant converts nuclear energy into heat to boil water to steam.
