Power my Raspberry Pi 3 and motors from same USB battery bank for robot!

I have read that it is not recommended to power a Pi and motors from the same power supply because the motors will create noise and spikes and stuff. My battery bank has 2 ports. they are not isolated. In total, my battery can supply 3 amps. I measured the current of the motors to be ~250 miliamps when driving. The Pi does not have any USB stuff connected to it, just WiFi and the Pi camera, no HDMI. What components can I use to eliminate noise and what fuse should use to prevent spikes if the robot stalls, or to isolate the power. Thanks in advance.
