one of my load is 300W, PF=.7 so power lost is 90W is it right?

It depends on what you mean by "Power Lost", power factor is basically a description of a measurement error, not a change in the power used, only the power measured by making the load appear as close to a resistor as possible.

 

i mean waste power, my load is 300w pf=.7, so 300*.70=210W 300-210=90W

is it correct?

When you are talking about "wasted power", I think you are confusing efficiency with Power Factor

They aren't the same thing.
