I have been searching for some time now and I can not find such a connector. I need it to have the above rating, high mating cycles as it will be disconnected every 8 hours so the battery can be recharged, it has to be a 4 circuit connector (4 pins). Can anyone give ideas please?

The problem is that the people who will use this, must not unstack or stack anything, if the cable gets unstacked in their hands, it will be a problem. They just need to plug the 24V battery for charging and unplug it when it is ready. This is why I ask how reliable is the stacking from a mechanical point of view? Is it permanent, can the cable be unstuck? How hard is it to unstuck it?
