I am looking for components which can monitor any faulty condition wrt load and manages without permanent failure of any component as well as itself.

Requirements
1. High voltage protection setting & limitation
2. High current protection setting & limitation
3. Shut down when fault occurs and returning to normal action when fault condition is removed
4. High sensitive to fault condition and fast response
5. Component should not fail permanently at fault condition and should have multiple life cycle

Can someone suggest some components.
My input Voltage is 48V and From 48 i want the component to convert to 12 or 5v with all above requirements.

2,3 components also which satisfy my requirements are ok

These little guys are expensive, but they can solve some "impossible" protection problems.
Combine these with a bunch of TVS diodes and you have a fighting chance of meeting the requirements.
