Power backup solution for Software development firm.

We have started a software development company in Toronto. We have totally 20 systems in our office and also have its related peripheral like printer scanner etc. We need to find a power backup solution. What would be the better power backup solution among UPS and solar inverters? We are giving the priority to efficiency. Because power failure or such situations should not affect the functioning of our firm. We are planning to get services from Staticon Ltd in Scarborough (http://www.staticon.ca).
