Pos/Neg Power Supply = Inrush Current & other things

I have a toroidal transformer (230V Primary and 2 x 18 Secondaries @ 4.44A Total 160VA) laying around and was considering using it as the pos/neg supply for an amplifier. I also have a couple of Full Wave Rectifiers rated at 100V 10A and 2 X 6800uf 50V capacitors. I was thinking about configuring these components as shown in the attached diagram but am wondering whether :-

a) the rectifier(s) value(s) is/are suitable
b) the capacitors may be too large
c) I may get inrush current issues

You could also tie the center-tap to ground and use one bridge at the outputs to get the plus and minus voltages, (below).
That will eliminate one diode-drop in each output DC voltage.

The capacitor values are okay, depending upon how much DC current load you have.

You will get some high inrush current, but that probably won't be a problem.
