For the drawing below with a resistive load is:

E.dc.total = E.phase.peak.ac - E.forward*1
OR
E.dc.total = (E.phase.peak.ac*SQRT7) - E.forward*1

WHILE
I.total = I.phase.rms*7?

First formula is the one - peak phase minus diode drop. (Minus whatever is lost due to ripple.) The thermodynamics police show up if you try the second equation.
