Poles and zeros in z-plane

I have this input x[n] and output y[n] difference equation below.

y[n-1] - (10/3)*y[n] + y[n+1] = x[n]

I can change this to H(z) = Y(z)/X(z) but that y[n+1] is confusing me. I don't quite know how to deal with it. If that '+' was a '-' then I would know but how do I deal with a z^+1 (basically z)? It's positive and I never dealt with it before. They have always been negative powers of z.

Thanks for any help you all can give me. Hints help too.

Good,

I was actually starting to response to your question, then I starting doubting myself. So I decided to take a look at my old notes tomorrow to answer the question, now it will be forever buried :p
