OK my brain fog and eyesight are kicking my butt today, I am in the middle of a design and need to verify the pin outs for these 2 parts are the same, It is kinda important in laying it out. I had a fairchild data sheet for a 2N2222A. I like to keep the manufacturers consistent. I used the links @bertus gave me but fairchild seems curiously absent so I went with ON electronics instead. According to them the pin out for the two parts are the same.

 

I use the TO18 style and they are reverse order between them (ebc).
IIRC the TO92 is also same.
Or do you mean between manuf?
