hello,

quick question. I find myself with 3 transistors
in my circuit. I need this circuit repeated 3 times.
this gives me a total of 9 transistors.

my question is the following:

Does anyone know of an IC chip that embeds
2 or 4 pn2222 transistors so I would limit the
number of components on my board?

I tried to google search but I didn't find much available
parts.

thanks for any feedback

hello nerdegutta,

I don't think this can work because i have my own specific resistor values connected to my transistors.

thanks though!

yes, late last night I found it .... it was an intersil package
... I was very surprised ...

a quinary package would suite me well as I would only need
2 of them ...

thanks for your help!

Make sure you connect the substrate pin to a voltage that is at least as low as the lowest voltage on any pin in the package. For example, if ground is the lowest voltage in your circuit, and one or more emitters are connected to ground, connect the substrate to ground.

You should use SMD transistors together with a SOIC adapter PCB.
A bit pervert but it is possible to mount 8 of them on one 28-pin adapter.
