I went to Plex.com and it says Create Account or Sign In.

It has Skip Sign In so I click this.

Then I go to Search and look for The Incredible Hulk tv show.

It pulls up all of them and all Seasons.

If I Click on any of them a Screen opens that says More Ways To Watch.

This is the only thing it says.

I Click Ok and it brings me Right back to where I was so I Click on The Incredible Hulk show I want and it does the same thing again.

What am I missing?

You can't view shows that require streaming services - a.k.a. an account. If there are no other ways to watch then it's going to send you back to start. If you have an account then sign in. If not - create an account. It might be a free streaming service. It might not be.
